Born and raised in Brooklyn, David spent most of his childhood
in Queens and is a lifelong resident of NYC who’s lived in various
neighborhoods such as Woodhaven, Ozone Park, and Cypress Hills. He
attended Brooklyn College, then jumped right into real estate, his first
and only career of which he’s very passionate about. Having moved
frequently, David not only learned how to make “five-minute friends,”
but developed a deep knowledge of the NYC real estate market. He
specializes in sales and rentals in Northwestern Queens in Woodside,
Sunnyside, Jackson Heights, Astoria, and Long Island City, as well North
Brooklyn including Bushwick, Williamsburg, and Greenpoint.
David strives to make the process fun and enlightening, as it should
be; and he’s always two steps ahead to reduce any surprises. “This
should be an exciting experience for you, and my job is to keep it that
way. There is no better feeling for me than being able to help people
who’ve been saving up their entire adulthood to purchase a little piece
of this vibrant city. I am here for all your needs, and will serve you
to my utmost ability.” Clients genuinely appreciate his staunch
dedication, quick responsiveness, calm demeanor, and creative
negotiating that gets the best results. David speaks fluent Spanish and
English, and is heavily involved in the NYC art community. He
produces/hosts Sounds Like NYC. a podcast focused on up-and-coming
artists, plus produces a video series ThroughTheBoros, interviewing
owners of small businesses to highlight the uniqueness of their local
store.
